How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or our official website. Please provide your full name, number of participants, trekking date, and selected package. Our team will confirm availability afterward.
How much deposit is required?
A deposit of 25–50% of the total package price is required to secure your trekking slot. The remaining balance can be paid before or on the trekking day.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via bank transfer (Transfer Bank (BNI – Indonesia, PayPal, Highly recomended GoPay) and Wise for international guests.
What is included in the trekking package?
The trekking package includes official TNGR permits, experienced guide, porter, tent, sleeping bag, mattress, meals during trekking, drinking water, and drop & pick-up transportation.
Where does the drop & pick-up transportation cover?
Transportation service is available from Lombok International Airport, hotels in Mataram, Senggigi, and Kuta Mandalika.
What is not included in the package?
The package does not include flight tickets, hotel before and after trekking, personal expenses, and tips for guide and porter.
What personal equipment should I bring?
Participants must bring trekking shoes, warm jacket, raincoat, spare clothes, socks, hat, gloves, flashlight or headlamp, personal medication, and other personal items.
Is the trek safe for beginners?
Yes, the trek is suitable for beginners as long as they are in good physical condition. Our guides will assist and adjust the trekking pace.
What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?
The minimum participant is 1 person (private trip available). The maximum number depends on TNGR regulations and the selected package.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the cancellation is made by the participant, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs due to bad weather or trail closure by TNGR, the trip can be rescheduled or refunded based on agreement.
